5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments:
Fees for Services are due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified. All payments must be made in full before access to the Services is granted.

Refunds:

• Digital Courses and E-Products: All sales of digital courses and e-products are final and non-refundable.
• Coaching Packages: Refunds for coaching packages may be considered for unused sessions within a package. However, refunds are not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Fully Abundant Life.

By purchasing any Services, you agree to these terms and understand that refunds will only be granted under the specific conditions outlined above.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kansas law, Fully Abundant Life and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.
